THE KETO DIET (2017)
Leanne Vogel’s first paperback book “The Keto Diet” came out in 2017. It was right at the time I was exploring Keto myself. This book is not for the faint at heart. I consider it to be one of the most ‘technical Keto’ books I’ve read. Leanne’s material is 100% doctor approved and researched. This woman knows her stuff. If you have any questions about the Keto Diet, if you are just learning … OR if you are a seasoned Keto’er and you are ready to take your Keto knowledge to the next level I highly recommend this book! It was released in 2017 and still remains one of the most successful books on Keto … ever.
If there was anything to be critical of in the first Keto Diet book, was the lack of recipes. And, those recipes that were included were too complicated (too many ingredients I didn’t have in my pantry).
